As a Fortune 500 Sales and Marketing leader my experience spans the diverse consumer packaged goods industry and includes work at Quintessential Brands Group, First Ireland Spirits Company, Constellation Brands, Diageo and Pepsi Cola. I have been fortunate enough to work in highly structured and entrepreneurial organizational cultures.
From these formative experiences I created a deep understanding of how to constantly improve sales performance while incorporating other company-wide performance objectives. My expertise includes streamlining processes, managing brand consistency in a rapidly evolving industry and identification of new revenue sources that drive brand awareness. This experience taught me creative ways to solve entrepreneurial problems and grow a team capable of developing value-added packaging and solving product access problems.
I love bringing my diverse management experience that carried me across state, regional and national lines to small and large distributors. I bring my growth-hacking skills to every project and enjoy the challenge each unique situation brings.
